Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in Implement Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategies in the B2B market segments
- Assist in organization-wide efforts in planning Online and Offline marketing strategies for B2B segments
- Overall management of responsible sales pipelines with a CRM system
- Assist to Design and refine sales processes for existing and new verticals with a focus on speed, automation and integration with CRM and client communication tools.
- Prepare and report marketing and sales performance data
- Perform basic analytics on marketing and sales results data to generate actionable insights
- Perform costing and pricing of proposals
- Outreach to schools and organizations via emails, calls or meetings
- Draft organizational proposals for government and business contracts
Who We Are Looking For
- No experience required
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
o Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions) OR
o Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
- Diligent and detail-orientated
- Independent and self-initiated
- Basic MS office knowledge
- Keen to work in a start-up environment
Traineeship Period
- 9 months. May be shortened and offered full-time position at the end or during the traineeship depending on performance.
Location & Hours
Location:
- 201B Thomson Rd, Goldhill Centre, Singapore (Novena)
- Desk-based office, air-conditioned environment
Working Hours:
- 5 work days
- Duration: 9am – 6pm with 1-hour lunch break

Compensation
- $2500/Month
