Job description for Digital & Data Marketing Manager at Pt. Dom Pizza Indonesia
Domino’s Pizza Indonesia is looking for a Digital & Data Marketing who will be responsible to oversee, plan, and manage; omni-channel campaigns, digital marketing (Facebook, Google, and affiliates), Direct marketing (CRM/CLM) via SMS, email & WhatsApp, Partnership management, and other marketing automations (push & in-app push notifications).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) and above of experience in digital marketing, campaign management and direct marketing strategies.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Experience in Digital Industry such as Paid Performance Marketing, Email, SMS Marketing, and Affiliates Marketing.
- Experience in running Paid Performance Marketing with various objectives and proven results of the campaigns (install, conversion, reach, and engagement campaign)
- Experience in 3rd Party Data & Tracking (branch, firebase, Google Analytics, analytics SDKs, etc)
- Understanding on the usage of Machine learning and AI in executing effective Marketing programs.
- Ability to multitask and handle various task and priorities.
- An active person, strong verbal, and written communications skills to collaborate with teams and agencies.
- Ability to motivate and manage team of direct and indirect reports.
- Excellent analytical and technical expertise to turn data into insights into actions.
- Strong work ethics, self-driven, and a team player.
