· Driving growth and transformation, building the business and reputation, and ensuring we have the talent and the teams to deliver on-the-ground
· Develop growth marketing strategies that support business through ROI-based and data-driven strategies with the help of MarTech tools
· Develop and lead growth projects, including new channels, partnerships, tools, and new market entries
· Evaluate and enhance marketing attribution strategies to deliver data driven insights on the quality of campaigns and content
· Work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Data Science, Brand & Communication team to ensure growth and campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and in line.
· Lead the Growth Marketing team and impact company’s growth trajectory as a senior leader within the organization
· Incubate a data driven, results focused culture by consistently monitoring revenue progress, identifying actionable insights to improve revenue performance and testing out new tactics to beat goals and respond to changes in the market
· Incubate new programs to grow revenue and product adoption. Design, launch, and iterate scaled programs, levels of service, and ops processes. Test what works and scale it, fail fast and learn fast.
· Deliver against growth and efficiency KPIs
· Exceptional ability to coach, develop, and mentor team members
· Stay current with media and technology trends and digital ad evolution
· Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives
· Synthesize trends in the ecosystem, product performance, growth, and couple these with insights from the industry
· Advance experience in technical implementation of tracker and other MarTech tools
· Minimum 7 years leadership experience in a growth role and develop a high performing team
· Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups
· Comfort in a frequently changing, fast-paced environment
· Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, experience solving complex and diverse business problems
· Forecast and scale existing marketing channels, tools, infrastructure and other relevant marketing elements to achieve growth targets.
· Deep understanding of A/B testing, paid campaign management
· Experimenting with any new or creative ways of building our brand, generating leads or other value to the business.
· Demonstrated analytical and planning skill
· Proficiency in paid digital channel and marketing technology tools
· Strong ownership of growth targets and overall marketing strategy.
· Certification in planning/ buying professional from any provider such as Facebook, Google is a plus
