Job description Desktop Support Engineer (Entry Level/No Experience Needed) Infosys Compaz Pte Ltd
- Provide support to the end users in terms of desktop issues
- Debug the issues surfaced and find appropriate solution to fix the issues
- If any of the issues are unable to solve then escalate it with the manager to identify recommended solution and apply necessary fix
- ITE/Diploma in information technology or related.
- 0-3 years of working experience.
- Preferred to have knowledge in O365, Deskside support, various desktop applications and the problems that surfaced
- Be able to think logically and a team player.
- Good analytical abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
