Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role within the property industry.
- Strong experience in township and building planning.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define architectural design concepts for residential developments in line with project TOR and business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Oversee and control planning outputs to meet quality standards, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Provide strategic direction and insights for residential product development aligned with market needs.
- Manage consultant engagements, including evaluating and recommending the most beneficial partnerships for the company.
