Patient Care Officer (Clinic Counter) – Full-Time
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Patient Care Officer (Clinic Counter) to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our dental clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to patients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage patient registration, appointments and follow-ups
Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
Coordinate appointments and manage patient schedules
Handle billing, payments and basic administrative duties
Assist with insurance claims and payment-related matters where required
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow
Address patient enquiries and assist with resolving concerns professionally
Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager
Requirements
Customer service, reception, administrative or healthcare experience is preferred
Dental clinic experience is an advantage but not essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient and service-oriented
Able to handle patients professionally, including those who may be anxious about dental treatment
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable using computers and clinic systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and undergo training
Candidates with relevant customer service or administrative experience are welcome to apply

The Dental Practice by Luminous –
878C Tampines, Paya Lebar and Bedok Reservoir
Working Hours
Full-time position with a rotating roster, including:
Weekday shifts
Evening shifts: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts, evenings and weekends.
