About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Administrator to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within our Out-of-Home (OOH) media intelligence platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality datasets that support business intelligence, market analysis, campaign reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process OOH media data across the company dashboard.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all data maintained within the dashboard.
- Conduct audits and validate Share of Voice (SoV) data that has been approved by the validator.
- Validate and process data for the preparation of Weekly Market Intelligence Reports.
- Validate and process data for OOH Competitive Landscape Reports.
- Validate and process data for Campaign Reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Post Campaign).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Data Management, Media Research, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Market Research, or related fields.
- Understanding of or experience in the advertising industry, particularly Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Advertising, or Media Industry
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with the ability to present data clearly and systematically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query, or similar analytical tools)
