Job description for Dashboard Developer & Data Analyst at PT Chari Makmur Indonesia
(Full-Time / Based in Solo)
We’re seeking a data-driven, systems-savvy Dashboard Developer & Data Analyst to help us scale smarter. This role will be instrumental in building and streamlining dashboards, integrating tools (such as Looker and Odoo), and implementing AI-driven processes across departments.
You’ll work closely with the founder and multiple teams (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to turn data into insight, automate reports, and bring clarity to decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Management
- Build, maintain, and scale dashboards in Looker Studio / Google Data Studio, integrated with Google Sheets, Meta Ads, Shopee, and TikTok Ads
- Ensure dashboards provide real-time, actionable insights for each department (finance, marketing, ops, inventory, sales)
- Create visually clear, well-structured, and stakeholder-friendly reports
Data Integration & Automation
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data collection from multiple tools and systems
- Implement data pipelines or automations using Zapier, Make.com, Google Scripts, or API connections
- Consolidate scattered spreadsheets into unified dashboards or trackers
ERP & Odoo Implementation
- Support the setup, integration, and implementation of Odoo ERP system
- Work closely with the operations team to map workflows, track stock, invoices, and project execution
- Ensure that Odoo data feeds into core dashboards smoothly
AI-Driven Workflow Optimization
- Recommend and test AI tools to support process automation (forecasting, reports, customer support, etc.)
- Integrate AI-powered solutions into internal systems to save time and reduce manual work
- Create logic-based models or smart alerts to support proactive decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, or business intelligence
- Proficient with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Google Sheets, and data visualization best practices
- Experience integrating APIs and data sources across platforms (Meta, Shopee, TikTok, Odoo, etc.)
- Familiar with Odoo implementation or any ERP platform is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills — able to translate messy data into clear insights
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script)
- Good communication and documentation skill
