Job description for Customer Success Lead at The Movement Studio

Customer Success Lead

You're the heart of our studio. Every week, children of all ages come to us to dance, grow in confidence and make friends. You're the reason it all runs smoothly.

You'll lead a remote team of 2 Customer Success reps, plus a fleet of AI agents, and we'll teach you how to manage them. This is real people-management experience from day one.

Your day

- You're the friendly, organised contact for the parents, teachers and partners we work with.

- Lead our 2 remote Customer Success reps and the AI agents that work alongside them: coach and guide the team, review their work, and keep a cross-border team working as one.

- Welcome families when they arrive, answer their questions and help new dancers book their first class.

- Make sure every class has a teacher, and sort out covers when someone's sick.

- Help bring our concerts, competitions and exams to life, from costumes to tickets.

- Keep payments on track, so our teachers can focus on teaching.

- Keep the studio running day to day, from errands and supplies to whatever else needs a hand.

- Help our young dancers, most of them girls, with toileting and changing when needed.

Why it matters

You'll see the difference you make every day, like a shy child's first class or a proud family on concert night. You'll grow with a creative, close-knit team, and you'll go home knowing you helped children find their love for dance.

You'll build real leadership experience too: leading and developing a regional remote team is something most customer success roles, even in tech, take years to offer.

You'll also get hands-on access to the latest AI tools, like Perplexity, Grok Bots, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex, and the freedom to use them to transform how our studio runs. It's a great place to build real digital transformation experience while working closely with our families. We'll teach you how to set up and manage a fleet of AI agents that work alongside the team, a skill few roles offer this early on.

You'll love this if:

- You are warm

- Organized and Calm when things get busy

- You love kids and the Arts

- and you enjoy using AI to work efficiently

Bonus points (and remuneration) if you have a dance background, or can teach dance, yoga or any other kind of studio class.

The basics

Full-time. Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm are a must; ideally you're available 8am-8pm on both days. Weekday hours are negotiable.

S$2,800-3,400 a month plus bonus.

Based at our studio in Tanjong Pagar, with occasional travel around Singapore to run errands.

Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. We're unable to sponsor work visas or passes for this role.
