We’re on the look for a Student Success Associate to join our Glints Academy team to help grow that mission in Asia.
How You Can Make Greater Impacts
Student Success Associate will be heavily involved in creating a good students' experience and ensure all students' issues are properly addressed and resolved to improve graduation rate and student satisfaction rate.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting the students on fulfilling their requirements and daily activities.
Increasing students' satisfaction rate on the program and class they participated in.
Improving engagement rate by maintaining activity participation and evaluation response rate.
Solving the students' problems and providing insight on issues that students' are facing in weekly basis.
Requirements
Has 1-2 years of experience in customer success/customer relations/customer support field.
Able to write and communicate well in English
Customer-oriented and passionate in solving customer's problems
A good listener
Effective written and verbal communication skill
Basic data analysis skill
