Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

•Menerima dan merespons pesan dari pelanggan melalui sistem.

• Menjawab pertanyaan seputar produk sparepart, status pengiriman pesanan, dan informasi layanan bengkel.

• Memandu pelanggan dalam melakukan proses retur barang cacat melalui sistem aplikasi.

• Menangani komplain pelanggan dengan sigap dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk penyelesaian masalah.

Kualifikasi:

– Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan (Ilmu Komunikasi atau Hubungan Masyarakat lebih diutamakan). Lulusan SMK diperkenankan Melamar.

– Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang layanan pelanggan (Customer Service / Call Center).

– Kemampuan komunikasi tertulis (chat) dan verbal yang sangat baik, sopan, serta profesional.

– Berempati, sabar, dan memiliki problemsolving yang cepat dalam menangani komplain.

– Mahir menggunakan WhatsApp Business, CRM, dan sistem ticketing layanan aplikasi.

– Pengetahuan dasar tentang otomotif atau sparepart menjadi nilai tambah.

– Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dan mengetik dengan cepat serta akurat.
