Job description for Client Relations Associate at Perqara
- Maintaining a positive, caring, and professional attitude toward customers at
- Review and follow up to the respective customer to increase the possibility of
- Manage customer complaints and issues promptly including investigation on
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary.
- Ensures to meet customer and management’s expectations towards work
- Provide Accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Report immediately for unsafe conditions, near miss, and environment contamination in the work area to supervisors.
- Actively participating and supporting in any initiatives for process improvement.
- Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Any Major
- Having min. 1 Year experience as Customer Service (Live Chat and Call) preferably in a B2B and Start-up environment.
- Familiar with CS software, databases, tools, and SAP is a plus.
- A high degree of competence with spreadsheets or using Ms. Excel.
- Data-driven, able to manage and use data to help guide decision making
- Self-starter, multi-tasker, self-absorb and fast learner
