ATI Business Group is looking for Customer Service to support our clients. If you passionate in Travel industry with prior experiences in GDS System with good communication in English.
Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket cost and issue / reissue tickets.
- Ensures target are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Manages customer inquiries in timely manner
Requirements:
- Have experience in Customer Service at least 1 year
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma 3 from any major.
- Having experiences in handling direct customer complains
- Have a work experience at Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff with GDS Experiences will be preferred
- Good written & spoken in English is a must
- Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
