Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, prices, and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and complaints.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record and track all customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure a full resolution is achieved.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D1) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, friendly, and able to handle customer concerns under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A team player with flexibility in working hours.
