Job description for Customer Service Officer at Starry Homestead Pte Ltd
- Attend, screen and forward incoming calls to relevant personnel or department.
- Provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
- Handling all enquiries, feedback, and complaint received through all channels from both existing and prospective customers in a timely and proficient manner.
- Responsible for potential leads, including but not limit to contact potential customers, arrange appointment with customers, inform Interior Design Consultant on confirm appointment, and update business technology system.
- Responsible for Renovation and/or Interior Design platform and portal.
- Prepare sales, performance, and leads reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Your customer focus and service orientation are exceptional.
- Your service-oriented nature is evident.
- You are resourceful and problem-solving with a solution-oriented attitude.
- You are a good communicator and have good interaction skills.
- Your organizational and planning skills, combined with your ability to multitask, are excellent.
- Teamwork makes you a good player.
- You are digitally proficient in both social media platforms and MS Office applications.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and additional language.
- Your good telephone etiquette.
- Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘A’ Level certificate / NITEC graduate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Entry level but with correct skills set are welcome.
