Upscalix is a company which provides innovative solutions in web, mobile app, and online marketing to help your business to reach market audiences and increase client satisfaction in multiple platforms.
We are looking for Customer Service.
What you Will Do
Call clients to gather requirements (not cold calling, only call existing clients)
Support the sales people in organizing requirements
Other admin tasks
Requirements
1 - 3 years of proven working experience as Customer Service
Previously working with Australian is a must, as the candidate will need to be familiar with Australian distributors, suppliers
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
