Job description for Customer Service Manager at Cyberdyne Tech Exchange Pte Ltd
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers.
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar client service role.
- Familiarity with the financial industry in a call centre environment is a plus.
- Has passion for customer service.
- Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent bilingual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays, if required.
