Job description for Customer Service Mall at PT. Kasyasindo Megah Perkasa

Kualifikasi:

1. Usia maksimal 25 tahun

2. Diutamakan yang Belum Menikah

3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service atau yang sejenis (hospitality/melayani customer/handling complaint)

4. Lulusan SMA/SMK dan diutamakan, Tidak sedang kuliah atau menjalani pendidikan yang lain.

5. Bisa mengoperasikan Ms Excel, Ms Word and Ms Power Point

6. Diusahakan kandidat yang bisa berbahasa inggris, minimal bisa daily atau basic conversation dan mengerti percakapan dalam Bahasa inggris

7. Mencantumkan foto terbaru harus yang formal (pas photo), proper, UPDATE (wajah

sekarang)

8. Bersedia di tempatkan di daerah BSD dan bersedia bekerja shifting (mengikuti jam operasional mall, masuk di Sabtu Minggu dan hari libur nasional)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Provide excellent service to customers.

- Actively offer additional assistance, anticipate the customers' needs, and create enjoyable moments to exceed the customers' expectations.

- Assist the execution of mall's shopping programs, events and activities.

- Ensure all customer service facilities are running well.
