Job description for Customer Service cum Operation Executive at IWG E-Sports Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
• To handle inquiries from customers, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limit.
• Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions.
• Communicate, build and develop good customer relationships.
• Maintain and update customer databases and filing system.
• Daily Input of data into database accurately.
• Closely liaise with internal/external parties for operation.
• Handle complaints by client.
• Arrange and coordinate for work scheduling.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks when required.
• Oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Able to organize, multi-task, problem solving and work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Eager to learn and willing to work hard.
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
• Pleasant personality and result oriented.
