Job description for Customer Service (Contract / Part-time) at GlobalTix Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, deal with guest enquiries from multiple channels eg from Email, Facebook, Wechat and Whatsapp Messaging channels via a centralized platform
- Handle guest enquiries, understand guest requirement and reply guest enquiries/feedback on a timely basic
- Follow up on customer outstanding enquiries
- Support Company’s ongoing projects
- Potentially may include onsite support at dedicated location
- Any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager in-charge
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- Customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Working Hours:
4 days a week, including weekend
9 hours shift between 8am to 10pm (1hr break)
3 months contract - renewable
