With more than 40 years in the Learn-To-Swim for kids swimming industry, The Swim Starter is committed to equipping all children with the ability to swim to safety at all times. Our goal is to bring our business into the new age, where parents are given assurance and convenience as clients of The Swim Starter. We are currently operating in Singapore but are keen to explore overseas opportunities in the near future.
Job scope
- Call new and old leads to try and secure a free trial lesson
- Ensure that parents are well informed on the swimming lessons and other necessary information regarding the lessons
- Responding efficiently and accurately to parents, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that parents feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with parents, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult parents, as needed
- Working hours weekday 12:00-17:00
- Need to be filled ASAP

- No prior experience is needed
- On-job-training will be provided
- Able to conduct yourself and reply to inquiries professionally
- Patient and helpful
- Willing to learn
- Careful and meticulous
- Good in english
Remuneration- $8/hr
