Role Description
The Customer Service Admin role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan.
The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing customer complaints, handle customers order via Whatsapp, Instagram direct messages, Shopee, Tokopedia, Gofood, Grabfood, etc.
Qualifications
- Women, max 30 years old
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain effective communication with customers by chat and in-person
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve client issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when needed
- Prior experience in a customer service role or related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management or a related discipline is preferred
