Role Description
The Customer Service Admin role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan.
The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing customer complaints, handle customers order via Whatsapp, Instagram direct messages, Shopee, Gofood, Grabfood, etc.
Qualifications
- Women, max 30 years old
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain effective communication with customers by chat and in-person
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve client issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when needed
- Prior experience in a customer service role or related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management or a related discipline is preferred
