This role requires: - Bachelor's degree in marketing/economics/business with >3 years of account management experience - Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening skill, and good with negotiation - A team player with leadrship skills - Proficient in all microsoft app

Job Description:
- Giving the direction of the day-to-day work of the team - Providing insight that captured from the team - Provide customers with useful information and maintain their expectations
- Verify issues and complaint (product related) → Verification process - Major issue handling
