Job description for Customer Relations at Things Untouched
TANGGUNG JAWAB CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER:
(PROBATION PERIOD - 3 MONTHS)
1. Komunikasi dengan customer via e-commerce. Mencatat detil pertanyaan, komentar, dan komplain.
2. Memecahkan komplain layanan dengan melaksanakan aktivitas seperti pengembalian uang, menyesuaikan tagihan atau mengganti barang.
3. Memeriksa untuk memastikan bahwa perubahan yang dilakukan menyelesaikan masalah customer.
4. Bekerja sama dengan Team Warehouse untuk mempersiapkan dan memastikan bahwa orderan sudah akurat dan ready to ship.
