WE ARE HIRING — Customer Experience (Arabic Amiyah Speaker)

📍 Placement: Yogyakarta

📄 Employment Type: Contract (6–12 Months)

⏰ Joining: ASAP / Immediate Joiner Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic Amiyah (daily spoken Arabic)
  • Candidates must be able to speak and understand conversational Arabic naturally
  • Minimum education: D3 from all majors/literature backgrounds
  • Graduates from Arabic Studies are highly preferred
  • Minimum GPA: 2.75
  • Strong customer service mindset with patience and responsibility
  • Good analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and comprehension abilities
  • Quick response, detail-oriented, accurate, and CSAT-oriented
  • Willing to work in shifts and during public holidays
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
  • Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions professionally using Arabic Amiyah
  • Provide excellent customer experience and accurate information
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
