- Responsible for planning, developing and managing all recruitment access to increase dropshipper growth and customer base.
- Support and nurture merchants and brands ownership
- Conduct Merchant and Sales Onboarding, and Visit / Meeting Offline (Product demo / product presentation.
- Assisting the Merchant Platform Settings (basic settings, settings for Instagram Shopping until approved, and integration of social media with the Avana platform)
- Offer upsell of social media ads and coordinate for content or budget with merchants and their digital marketing team as well.
- Helping any issues / problems faced by the customer, both technical and follow-up to the relevant department.
- Operate Zendesk Chat, Report Data, and Reply to incoming messages from various social media
- Handle every time for active merchant complaints, and others, provide assistance to sellers when needed / requested, and provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process
- Input the customer's daily activity reports in the system and make product sales as well.
- Preferably woman with min. 1 year experience in the same position.
- Min. SMA or D3 from a reputable university
- Have a good communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
