Job description for Customer Care Specialist at Lintasarta
- Monitoring the progress of handling customer interruption.
- Provide proposals and coordinate activities re-engineering of the customer network.
- Receive escalation of complaints/complaints from customers.
- Carry out customer relations management activities.
