We are looking for a Customer Campaign Manager for our Consumer Operations Department. This position is open for suitable full-time candidates.
Our mission at amalan is to assist people in regaining control of their finances. We advise customers on ways to renegotiate their loans to a level they can afford. We are the first to offer such service in Indonesia using a professional, attentive and customer focused approach, supported by cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities:
Make sure client stay engaged during the process with amalan.
Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging activities for client such as email contents, webinar, etc.
Collaborate with service and quality team to make sure clients are satisfy with our service
Collaborate with service team in how to handle & manage complaints

Requirements:
Good in English
Min. Diploma Degree in any fields
Min. 2-3 years in marketing, customer service or related
Creative thinking
Good communication skill
Data analytical
Have a copy writing skill is a plus
Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia.
