🎯 Role Summary
As a Customer Assistant (Sales Assistant), you will be the first face and voice of CWO — helping customers choose the right service, handling questions with patience, and ensuring that every booking is smooth and delightful. You will play a key role in turning inquiries into loyal customers.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, DM, phone, or email promptly and politely
- Explain services, packages, and promotions clearly to help customers make the best choice
- Guide customers through booking, payment, and scheduling
- Proactively follow up with potential leads and past customers to encourage repeat bookings
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our simple CRM system
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery matches customer requests
- Represent CWO’s premium service standards in every interaction
📌 Requirements
- Minimum S1 (all majors welcome)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa (English is a plus)
- Confident, warm, and patient when explaining services and handling concerns
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working with
- WhatsApp Business and simple CRM tools
- Willing to work hybrid: partially onsite to understand operations, partially remote
- Enthusiastic about premium customer service and closing sales properly
