Curtain & Blinds Installer / Handyman (Contract Role)
Installation Buddies is a Singapore-based curtain and blinds installation company located in the West of Singapore. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on individual to join our installation team from 1 September 2026 to 4 February 2027.
Daily Pay Rate
- $150 per day
Work Schedule
- 6-day work week
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm
- Company van provided for daily operations
- Opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs
Job Overview
We are looking for an individual with handyman experience who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction. Experience in curtain and blinds installation, repair works, or onsite troubleshooting will be an advantage. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but training will be provided for individuals who are willing to learn and develop their installation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Install blinds, curtain tracks, and related accessories at residential and commercial locations.
- Perform repair works and troubleshoot issues involving curtain tracks, blinds, and installation defects.
- Travel to different customer locations across Singapore for assigned installation jobs.
- Load, transport, and handle installation materials and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers during onsite visits.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, neatly, and according to company quality standards.
- Work closely with other installers to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in handyman work, renovation, carpentry, electrical, or similar trades is an advantage.
- Prior curtain and blinds installation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting materials and using hand tools.
- Able to travel around Singapore for installation assignments.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese for customer communication.
