The Cross-Divisional Associate supports multiple teams across Ocean Purpose Project (OPP), contributing to projects, operations, stakeholder engagement, and organizational initiatives. This role is designed for individuals seeking broad exposure to various functions within a sustainability-focused social enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives across different departments, including Operations, Partnerships, Communications, Human Resources, Events, and Sustainability Programmes.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct research on sustainability, environmental conservation, community engagement, and industry trends.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other project-related documentation.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including communications with partners, volunteers, clients, educational institutions, and community groups.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, volunteer activities, and outreach programmes.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, updating trackers, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with team members across different functions to support organizational goals and special projects.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support OPP's mission and impact objectives.
