Job description for CRM Staff at PT. Usaha Pintar Pratama
Job Description:
1. Help to run, maintain, monitor, and optimize CRM programs
2. Own all KPIs and metrics in order to proactively optimize and develop recommendation for improvement on CRM Programs to create best customer experience
3. Aware of retention effort
4. Collaborate with other teams, including product, engineering, category, and data
5. Doing A/B test activities for all campaign channels (e.g., email, Whatsapp, Push Notification, SMS, and In-App Banner)
Qualification:
1. At least 1 years of hands-on experience in CRM and Performance Marketing
2. Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
3. Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Mo Engage, MailChimp, CleverTap, etc) and KPIs.
4. Strong online marketing strategy for retention (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization).
5. Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner.
6. Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports & insights of the campaign performance.
7. Fluent in english.
8. Good ability in Excel is a must.
