Job description
- Lead CRM transformation initiatives in Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Partner Management and Professional Services.
- Develop the CRM vision for the future, creating an atmosphere of collaborative partnership and mutual trust working with the business by leveraging diverse views and encouraging innovation.
- Partner with business, to understand processes, gaps and goals working with internal and external technology teams.
- Effectively manage the delivery of project, enhancements and support requests balancing business priorities with available Business and Application user capacity.
- Align with the business stakeholders and deliver project on time and to the plan of record.
- Provide management oversight to ensure CRM are maintained at an optimal operating state especially at quarter Close and year end.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Analytics team to deliver resilient application management services to the business.
- Work hard, have fun, compliment colleagues for work well done.
COMPETENCIES
- Deep understanding of sales, customer support, partner management professional services and marketing processes and tools.
- Adept in facilitating planning sessions to define business objectives, requirements and processes.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization.
- Proactively communicates issues and risks and escalate conflicts, proposing options for resolution
- Excellent listening skills to understand and interpret stakeholder responses and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties
- Must be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales processes for Software, Platform and Technology companies; B2B and SaaS
- Experience with either sales or customer service/customer success business processes related to:
- Sales: Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Master Data Management, Order Management, Billing
- Service/Customer Success: Service Strategy, Service/Experience Design, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Customer On-boarding, Adoption & Success Management, Account Management
- Experience designing user journeys and user experiences for applications
