What you'll do:
- Plan and execute email marketing, In-app notification and SMS/whatsapp campaign (include create copy, filter target segment).
- Plan and define marketplace and/or promotional campaigns.
- Design a CRM journey and channels optimization using Martech tools (Insider, Mailchimp, etc) in Amartha App and APlus (borrowers app)
- Create email marketing campaigns plan & strategies
- Research creative email contents and templates
- Deliver segmented email campaigns to our customers & consumers
- Develop personalization strategies
- Build and utilize email database segmentation Track and analyze direct and interactive email marketing campaigns
- Create and manage optin users
- Collaborating with Creative team to request and manage all copies & creatives needed for all email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and reporting all email campaigns
- Improve email marketing campaigns performance using creativity and automation tools
- Create and manage Web and App users acquisition strategies in order to increase numbers of database/list building
- Create and implement push notifications campaigns for Web and App campaigns
- Create and implement campaign journey for each user segmentations and behaviors
- Provide all marketing communications campaign report including email marketing and push notifications on Web and App
- Proactively identify trends, email marketing and push notification strategies from other leading brands to get more insights on best practices and create more innovative campaign ideas
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as CRM Specialist preferred
- 2 years of experience of Email Marketing and/or Direct Marketing preferred
- Experience working with an email service provider platform
- Technically proficient with a variety of applications for email, scheduling, analytics, and automation tools.
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytic, Google Sheet and similar tools for analysis process and generate insight
- Proficient with CRM/marketing automation tools such as Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
- High level understanding of marketing campaigns and messaging
- Have ability to research, identify and evaluate email marketing trends
- Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Must be detail oriented, target driven and data driven
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Familiar with netcore / clevertap / moengage
