Job description for CRM & Customer Support Leader at Mandalika Perfume

Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description):

1. Memimpin dan mengawasi tim CRM dan Customer Support agar seluruh chat, komplain, pertanyaan, dan aftersales customer ditangani dengan cepat, jelas, dan profesional.

2. Mengelola database customer, feedback, review, komplain, klaim garansi, refund, exchange, dan aftersales sebagai bahan evaluasi serta improvement brand.

3. Membuat, memperbarui, dan memastikan penggunaan SOP, template chat, escalation flow, dan standar komunikasi customer sesuai karakter Mandalika Perfume.

4. Menjalankan aktivitas CRM dan customer retention seperti post-purchase follow-up, survey customer, voucher repeat order, reactivation, dan loyalty communication.

5. Menyusun laporan berkala terkait performa CS, kategori komplain, insight customer, review marketplace, claim garansi, dan rekomendasi
improvement untuk management.

Pendidikan Pengalaman:

1. Minimal S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Marketing, Manajemen, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau Psikologi).

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang CRM, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service Management, atau Retention Marketing.

3. Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim Customer Service/Customer Support minimal 1-2 tahun.
