Job description for Crewing Officer at Pt Temas. Tbk
Job Description:
- Coordinate with related parties for crew placement, mutation planning and familiarization program.
- Carry out the ship's crew rotation process according to company’s requirement
- Input ship's crew data into the system
- Check completeness, originality and validity of all documents or ship's crew certificate to ensure their documents are valid
- Filing the hardcopy of active ship's crew onboard
- Conduct flight ticket process and other crew transportaion expenses
- Arrange crew Sign On and Sign Off
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 or S1 from Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in crewing (in recruitment), but fresh graduates are welcome
- Have good reporting skills
- Understand all the process in and out crew from the ship
- Able to work quickly and under pressure
- Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, and listening)
- Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta.
