- At least 3 years of experience working as a Creative Producer/ Producer-Writer/ Producer-Director; leading projects, managing budgets, working with clients and being accountable for their success. Experience in driving projects with government clients is an asset.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in another local language is an asset.
- Excellent writing skills and a creative mind, with demonstrated track record of crafting winning proposals and pitch decks. Abilities in copywriting and scripting are an asset.
- Ability to always keep the Big Picture in view while making sure all the details are taken care of.
- A wide and reliable network of industry contacts and freelancers.
- We are also open to candidates with the above skills who are from the events, marketing and advertising industries with experience in video production.
What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?
- Developing, writing and presenting ideas, concepts and visual references for pitches.
- Providing clear direction and timely communication among clients, creatives, crew and team to ensure the effective running and completion of projects.
- Delivering top quality creative work and supervising an efficient production process through the project life cycle.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring projects are consistently delivered within budget.
- Managing all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, location sourcing, scheduling and engaging of freelancers (creatives, crew and post).
- Pre-interviewing profiles, researching and scriptwriting.
- Directing talents, interviewees and production crew on small and medium-scale shoots.
- Contributing to the development, improvement and execution of systems and best practices.
- Leading and guiding staff and freelance team in achieving the objectives set out for each project.
- Hands-on video production skills such as being able to operate the camera and video editing are an asset.
