We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Controller to join our hospitality company in Bali. The Cost Controller will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing costs, financial performance, and optimizing profitability while maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services.
Qualitification :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CMA/CPA certification is an advantage.
- Good English communication, computer, system.
- Minimum 3 years experience related.
- Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of hotel and restaurant cost management.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Sanur, with flexibility and willingness to travel to and support other company outlets as required.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs while ensuring compliance with approved budgets and financial objectives.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management, audits, and inventory optimization to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Evaluate procurement activities, menu profitability, and cost efficiency initiatives to enhance operational performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control procedures and financial best practices across all departments.
- Provide financial guidance, training, and support to department heads and operational teams to strengthen cost awareness and accountability.
