Job description for Corporate Travel Consultant at New Shan Travel Service Pte Ltd
- Service corporate accounts’ travel needs, including but not limited to reservations, ticketing, hotel booking, visa applications.
- Take turn to be on duty for after-office hours servicing.
- Service corporate accounts’ after-sales requirements, such as reissue, revalidation, cancellation, refund.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a definite advantage.
- Experienced in using GDS such as Sabre.
- Able to provide good service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good MS Excel and Word skills.
