Education

• Minimal Sarjana (S1) Hukum atau bidang terkait

Experience

• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Corporate Secretary, Regulatory Officer, Legal Officer, Compliance Officer, atau posisi terkait.

• Memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan terbuka (Tbk)

• Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan pelaporan pasar modal dan hubungan dengan regulator.

Technical Competencies

• Menguasai regulasi pasar modal, termasuk peraturan OJK, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas, dan peraturan terkait lainnya.

• Memahami keterbukaan informasi, pelaporan berkala, dan pelaporan insidentil perusahaan publik.

• Memiliki kemampuan melakukan review kontrak, legal drafting, legal opinion, dan legal due diligence.

• Memahami Government Relations dan Regulatory Affairs.

• Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat mengenai Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

• Memahami proses corporate actions, transaksi saham, dan kepatuhan emiten.

• Mampu mengelola dokumen hukum dan administrasi korporasi secara sistematis.
