- Proactively establish new clients and up-sell existing clients our different learning products and solutions.
- Provide top notch client account service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and any other issues.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
- Able to prospect and find new leads through 100 cold calls/daily.
- Identify, propose and sell the most ideal services to targeted organizations set out by the company.
- Be a key influencer in making CONTENT BINDED ‘top of mind’ among major brands in the learning solutions market with corporates and working professionals.
- Understand all new services and their roles.
- Creative and great problem-solving skills.
- Understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
- Candidates with related corporate network experience in this field especially in the HR field will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant computer application, such Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook, Team (video conferencing), CRM will be an advantage;
- Able to handle multiple priorities.
- Meticulous and possess great organizational skills.
- High energy and a can-do attitude are required.
