Job description for Corporate Sales Executive at Giftano
- Handle inbound end to end corporate sales processes
- Proactive in calling and email all incoming corporate clients' enquiries through different channels
- Take responsibility for the performance of the Corporate Bulk segment
- Keep the CRM updated to keep track of activities such as follow ups, negotiate and close corporate deals
- Create sales documents and conduct sales administrative duties
- Establish a trusted and multi-threaded relationship with your corporate clients by providing high-quality customer engagement activities.
- Be open, collaborative and customer-focused in all communications and transactions with colleagues and clients.
- Project manage corporate sales projects
- Assist in the corporate product delivery and sales operations
- Assist with stock and logistic operations
- Generate new ideas of how the business can grow
- Other assigned general sales tasks
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed!)
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- A good listener and a positive attitude
- Strong presentation and engagement skills with ability to develop and cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Can handle and manage his/her work independently and ensure close follow up and closure of assigned work
- Strong conceptual, critical thinking and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
- Curious and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
- Relevant sales experience, especially from e-commerce / internet platforms, account management and customer relations are a bonus.
