Corporate Partnership
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or 3 years and more related field
2. Proven experience in corporate partnership development and sales, preferably
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
7. Understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles.
8. Familiarity with fundraising techniques and strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Research Prospective Partners
2. Relationship Building (decision-makers within target, Formulate and implement high-impact strategies and tactics to acquire)
3. Attending corporate events, conferences and exhibitions to engage and
network with existing and potential stakeholders.
4. Create tailored partnership proposals that highlight the benefits of
collaborating with the NGO.
5. Working closely with project managers and operations units to design
customized partnership packages.
6. Negotiation and Agreement: with corporate
or volunteer.
7 Draft partnership agreements and ensure compliance with legal and
ethical standards.
8. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of partnerships with related internal units
and project managers.
9. Evaluate and the effectiveness of corporate partnerships and make
recommendations for improvements.
10 Measure the social and financial impact of partnerships, sharing results
with stakeholders.
11. Ensure that all partnership activities adhere to legal, ethical, and
regulatory standards.
12. Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and ROI.
