Edelman Singapore is looking for a Copywriter who is passionate about conceptualising big ideas and producing engaging written content that challenge conventions and leave lasting impressions.
Conceptualise strong creative ideas to bring integrated and digital campaigns to life.
Produce both short-form and long-form written materials across social, digital, and integrated platforms, which are clear, concise, and persuasive in line with the strategy and insights.
Work closely with the art director, internal account teams and external clients to participate in all stages of the creative process.
Understand the target audience to translate copy and design into compelling creative.
Utilise data from brand monitoring reports and craft smart, engaging content.
Help communicate creative ideas in presentations to clients.
Guide and mentor junior creatives.
Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Edelman’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting working with marketing, advertising, or PR campaigns, including TV, print and social media preferred.
Experience in creating great work for FMCG, healthcare, tech and/or government accounts.
Strong conceptualisation abilities, and presentation as well as verbal communication skills.
Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experienced in conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, web, product, brand messaging and promotional copy.
Have experience working on new business presentations and preparing creative themes and taglines.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing Communications or other related major.
