- Working Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday (full-time at office)

Our creative & dynamic team is looking for an Associate Account Manager (open for strong Senior Account Executive to Account Supervisor level) with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
- Act as a project lead and client liaison – manage medium-scale projects independently, serving as the reliable bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Lead, develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Manage clients’ expectation and satisfication on a high standard.
- Oversee project quality, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring internal team alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Control client’s budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability;
- Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and monitor project expenses within approved budgets.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, providing insights and recommendations to drive success.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have solid account management skills and experience working with clients across diverse industries. You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude; be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
- Minimal 4+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling IMC & Social campaigns.
- Proven leadership and multi-tasking skills.
- Appreciation for detail and follow-through.
- Be level-headed, dependable, and calm to deal and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team-player.
