Karavan is a subsidiary of TEKO, a technology company that is a part of the VNLIFE group, a Vietnam-based technology unicorn.
Karavan is a B2B e-commerce platform connecting brands directly with SMEs in both rural and urban locations, including groceries stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
Content Specialist plays a major role to promote Karavan business through content and stories in online & offline channels by building, executing content strategy and monitoring the effectiveness that meets company’s goal of brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all content in online & offline channels to drive traffic, engagement and drive new merchants.
• Build, manage and execute content strategy (including text and visuals) that attracts target audiences, including offline & online channels.
• Research and analyze customer behaviors/ competitor activities to propose related content campaigns for higher engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and calendar to meet the business objectives.
• Understand best practices of digital channels and stay updated on B2B and e-commerce industry trends.
• Adhere to the internal policies and procedures to ensure brand image, as well as to ensure consistency with company brand voice, style, and tone.
1. Education background: College Graduated
- At least 02 years proven working experience in content marketing, preferable in B2B industry
- Demonstrate experience in both content strategy and execution.
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
- Excellent experience in Social Media: Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, LinkedIn,...
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with different types of content: social media, email, SMS, video, POSM, press release, event,... - development and execution.
- Fluent written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Up-to-date with the latest trend and best practices in B2B and e-commerce industry
- Can develop plans and take through to action - engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
- Being able to work well under pressure, to project manage and the ability to get things done quickly at high quality.
