Requirements:
- 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Bachelor degree in any marketing/ communication/ business major.
- Social media savvy.
- Knowledgeable with current trends and events.
- Has a strong interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Great storyteller and have a creative mind that can envision concepts.
- Friendly, love being on camera and has great social skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
- Must be a self starter with strong initiative, willingness to learn and highly motivated.
- Skills in design, photography, videography and video editing is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta Area.
Job Descriptions:
- Research and create content plan and strategy to increase awareness and engagement of our brand.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and posting daily social media content on TikTok and Instagram.
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Create social media report and evaluate the result to come up with better strategy and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external team to ensure every piece of content is relevant and helps the brand maximise engagement, reach, and sales.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
