Job description for Content Creator at IDE Experience

Kualifikasi & Requirements:

- Minimal pendidikan SMA/K atau S1 (diutamakan jurusan DKV/Komunikasi).

- Mahir menggunakan aplikasi editing video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, atau VN).

- Memiliki selera visual yang baik dalam pengambilan foto dan video arsitektur/properti.

- Percaya diri di depan kamera (jika diperlukan untuk menjadi host/talent konten).

- Aktif di media sosial dan paham tren yang sedang viral di TikTok/Reels.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Memproduksi konten harian (video pendek, foto produk, dan desain simpel) untuk Instagram dan TikTok.

- Melakukan dokumentasi progres pembangunan di site Blandongan secara estetik.

- Membuat copywriting atau caption yang menarik dan menggugah interaksi (engagement).

- Mengelola interaksi dasar (membalas komentar/DM) di media sosial.

- Melakukan riset konten kompetitor properti untuk memastikan konten perusahaan tetap unggul.
