Berpengalaman di bidang content creation/creative production/social media/MCN/digital marketing

Paham tren social media, khususnya TikTok, Instagram, dan platform social commerce

Kreatif, up to date, dan memiliki sense storytelling yang baik

Familiar dengan tools editing video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, dll)

Mampu menulis caption yang engaging dan sesuai brand

Memahami metric konten seperti engagement, retention, dan conversion sederhana
